What exactly do you do?
Bottomline - we help you sell your product, service or event. We produce ads (print and broadcast), websites, brochures, email campaigns, logos/stationery (branding), invitations, publications and more. We can also do market research, P.R. and event planning.
What's the process if we want to work with Fresh Concentrate?
First we'd discuss the details of your project, including goals, timeline and budget; we can then provide a choice of pricing packages; and once everything is agreed upon, we send out a contract, you sign it, send it back with a retainer and then the fun begins.
How long does a project usually take?
Not counting waiting time for client feedbacks and approvals, we can do a website in about 4-8 weeks, and print projects in about 2-4 weeks. But the bigger the project, the longer it will usually take.
What's the design process like?
We will create several design concepts to choose from and you would have a set number of chances to make revisions to the design and content. Once everything is approved, we can get your piece printed or uploaded.

Who takes care of the printing or the web hosting?
We can do it or you can do it. But we do charge for our time.
Will you do updating to our website after it's done?
We certainly can. But if you think you're going to be updating your site often and want to save money, then we also offer a service that allows you to update it yourself without having to know HTML or web design.
Do you write copy or do the photography?
Again, depending on your contract (and budget) we can produce all the written and visual content.
How much do you charge?
Prices vary from project to project. Give us a call and we can discuss it.
Do you do Pro Bono work?
Though we have a select few non-profit clients we have been working with for years, we are no longer accepting non-paying projects. But we do have special rates for 501(c)3s and are also open to barters.
What are your business hours?
10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays. We're not open weekends.
