Responding to an email from Manhattan Chamber of Commerce president Nancy Ploeger, Ramon agreed to be interviewed by Tom Fredrickson of Crain's New York Business on Banks courting Small Business.
It wasn't easy talking about the need for capital from lending institutions without revealing too much about FreshC financial information.
After the interview, a photographer came to Ramon's home office and the resulting image took up half a page in the September issue which came out the same week that Ramon became a father for the second time.
